It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwayne I Frank of Lakeland, Florida, born in Nampa, Idaho, who passed away on September 7, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Dwayne has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parent Laverne Frank. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; and his children, Stephanie, David Carr, Sandra, James Canterbury and Shelly Schaedel. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
