He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Willis, Sr. and Gladys Hall Willis; and his sisters, Sedera Schilling and Pamela Dinsmore. He is survived by: his wife Janice Wilson Willis; his children, Carol Henson (Dave) of Brandon, Eddie Willis III (Meredith) of Lakeland and Joseph Willis of Mulberry; and his grandchildren, Jacob Willis (Shannon) of Bartow, Kenneth, Andrea and Ethan Willis of Lakeland. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
