Though Ellen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ellen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Luther J. Peavy, Jr.; and her daughter Alison Atkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Paulette G. Holley (Larry Munch) of Bayfield, Wisconsin, Elaine Mimbs (Mike) of Lake Wales and Judy Buxton of Lake Wales; and her sister Marie Tipton of Erwin, Tennessee.. She is also survived by Her family tree blossomed with 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her honor can be sent to the SPCA.
