He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Pérez and Antonia Báez; and his wife Olema Dorelia Pérez Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Felix E. Perez Jr. and Lizzette Herron (Perez); his grandsons, Eli C. Ross (Megan Medaugh) and Jared L. Herron (Kayla); his great grandchild Luke E. Phay; and his brother Isidro Pérez Báez.
