He was predeceased by: his parents, John Conner and Maybelle Conner; and his sister Peggy Sanchez. He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Kaye Tanner of Knoxville, TN, John L. Conner, III of Lakeland and Sandy Daniell of Apollo Beach; and his significant other Frances Lacy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
