He was predeceased by: his father John Parks. He is survived by: his mother Betty Parks (Phillips); his wife Teresa Parks; his daughters, Misty Prior and Tonya Parks; his sister Karen Phillips (Daryl); and his nephew John Phillips. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
