He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold M. Reed and Mary Lou Reed; his brother-in-law Chip Cox; and his parents-in-law, Ben and Louise Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Ann Kelly; his children, Emily Kristan Lietz, Jennifer Lyn Birch and Timothy Philip Reed (Beth); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Jackson, Colt, Aaron and Kaitlyn; his sister Gwenda Morrell (Scott); and his siblings-in-law, Donna Cox and Jim Kelly (Angel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Scott Lake Baptist Church Building Fund in memory of Phil Reed.
