She is survived by: her children, Chris, Byron, Val, Julie, Denese, Darrell and Dione; her grandchildren, Brian, Jacqueline, Robert, Kevin, Michael, Dustin, Dylan, Angela and Byron, Jr.; and her friend Richard Berendsen. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
