With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert L. Taylor of Lakeland, Florida, born in Saint Albans, West Virginia, who passed away on July 22, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Riley Taylor; his children, Cathy Taylor Bell, Stephen Lee Taylor and Michael Andrew Taylor; his grandchildren, Cassie Rule (Joseph IV), Natalie Wolfe (Ian), Nick Taylor, South, Tyrone Thomas (Rachael) and Catrina Thomas of Brooklyn, NY.; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Viruet (Bryan), Joseph Rule V, Nathaniel, Cate Bagomolny and Crew Thomas.
