He was predeceased by: his close friend Carol Murphy; and his daughter Helen Bryan Moore of Atlanta, GA.. He is survived by: his daughters, Ginger Moore Collins (Ken Sr.), Terry Moore Schoonover (Kevin) and Mary Ann Moore (Keith Sjostrom); and his grandson Ken Collins Jr. Atlanta. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
