He was predeceased by: his brother Rex; and his stepbrothers, Melton and Paul. He is survived by: his wife Christine "Chris" Austin; his children, James Austin and Tiffany Savic (Milos); his grandchild Madison James Savic; his siblings, Clark, Tena and Bridget Carter (Ewell); his stepsisters, Mary Ramirez (Hector) and Emily Stafiej (James); and his siblings-in-law, Lynda and Tom Rumrill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
