He is survived by: his mother Linda Ward of Lakeland, FL; his wife Debbie Ward of Lakeland, FL; his sister Julie Maxwell (Eric) of Lakeland, FL; his children, Dustyn Ward (Avril) of Clinton, TN and Brittany Shular of Washburn, TN; his grandchildren, Josiah and Elliana Ward; and his nieces, Mallory and Makayla Maxwell. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.
