He was predeceased by: his wife Stella. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Rust (Ed), Kris Keprios (Stacey) and Cheryl Dougherty; his grandchildren, Ashley Gifford (Jake), Jonathon Rust, Hannah Keprios and Grant Keprios; his great grandchildren, Kyler Gifford and Kolten Gifford; and his sister Elyane Pleticha.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Salvation Army, a cause close to Jack's heart.
