He was predeceased by: his parents, John Daniel and Eva Joyce. He is survived by: his children, Christopher and Jennifer; his wife Pam; his children, Chris, Jenny (Jeremy) and Matt (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Peyton, Jackson, Mason, Sadie, Jordan, Blake and Colton; his siblings, David, Gary and Elizabeth; his brother-in-law Gary; his niece Michelle; and his nephew Jeff. He is also survived by many cousins, and many friends.
