We announce the death of Judy Mills in Lakeland, Florida, born in Moultrie, Georgia, who passed away on October 15, 2026, at the age of 72. Judy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cledes West and Colleen Smith; her husband Winford Mills; and her siblings, Vickie Meyer and Cecil West.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Mills, Angela Ashley (Josh), Rachel Heath (Steven) and Amanda Hobbs (Mike); and her siblings, Hazel Baxley, Faye Tomlinson, Sharon Keenan, Gerald West and Gerane West. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Tabor Baptist Church Cemetery (3504 Mt Tabor Rd, Lakeland, FL 33810).
