She was predeceased by : her brother James L. Adams, III; and her pet Tazz. She is survived by : her children, Winston P. Gardner and Nikki L. Gardner; her siblings, Sheryl A. Blommel, Stephen R. Adams and Lynn A. Peck; and her parents, James L. Adams and Phyllis J. Adams.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lakeland Funeral Home (2125 Bartow Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
