He was predeceased by: his father Russel W. Rhoads; and his sister Kathaleen McWilliams. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn; his brother Russ; his children, Megan, Marnie Cundiff (Brandon) and Bryan (Kelsy); and his grandchildren, Cici, Levi Cundiff and Murphy Rhoads.
