He is survived by: his wife Thelma Howard; his daughter Ressie Gullett (Dan); his stepchildren, Michael Teate (Stacey), Angela Hartzell (William), Linda Brown (Mack), Anna Whitt and Hilda Phipps (Delbert); his grandchildren, Gabriel Powers, Mikayla Register, James Hartzell, Aric Hartzell, Kensie Matthews (John) and Michael John Teate; his great grandchildren, Dawson Register and Wade Matthews; and his sisters, Susan Howard, Sue Ellen Howard and Loretta Howard.
