He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcella Hendrick and Seth Hendrick; his sister-in-law Bonnie Hendrick; and his nephew Steven Hendrick. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Hendrick (Ann), John Hendrick (Nancy), Gary Hendrick, Cathy Bush (John) and Lisa Roberson (Louie). He is also survived by seven nephews and nieces; 16 great nephews and great nieces.
In honor of Mark's love for dogs, the family requests that donations be made to the Humane Society of Polk County, 3195 Dundee Rd., Winter Haven, FL, 33884, in lieu of flowers.
