He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Ray Sr. and Sylvia Wells Elliott; his sister Farron Tozian; his niece Millona Tozian; and also Reba Harnage.

He is survived by: his wife Kristena Elliott; his stepson Chris Parks (Tracy); his grandchildren, Austin, Dalton and Destiny Parks; and his nephew Isaac Tozian.
