It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melva L Martinez (Lakeland, Florida), who passed away on July 24, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Lee Martinez; her children, Renee Martinez, Betty Martinez (Steven Danderson) and John Martinez (Johnna Martinez); her grandchildren, Michael Martinez (Tracy Kotowski) and Kristen Costa (Terrell Costa); and her great grandchild Jayce Lee Costa.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any memorials be made to the Gideon's International in her memory.
