It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melva Young Harvey of Lakeland, Florida, born in Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her granddaughter Casey; her son Gary Harvey; her daughter-in-law Janice Harvey; her grandchild Brittnie; her sister Dolly Meier; Brittnie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
