She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Richardson and Mary Richardson; and her brother Clarence Richardson. She is survived by : her significant other Peter VanBrummelen; her children, John VanBrummelen (Dely), Christine Simmons and Carolyn Vaughan (Grant); and her siblings, Donald Richardson, Nancy VanBrummelen, Mary Lou Bettis, Carol Richardson, Bob Richardson (Linda) and Peter Richardson (Donna).

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Southside Assembly of God (4750 Cleveland Heights Blvd, Lakeland, FL 33813).
