He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Black and Kathleen Darnall; his wife Cheryl Mongoven; his daughters, Paige Taylor and Stacy Patrick; his stepsons, Dustin White (Brittney) and Travis White (Angela); his sister-in-law Toni Thompson (Johnny); his grandchildren, Victoria Ceballos (Steve), Shannon Heady (Garrett) and Mallory Adams; his stepgranddaughters, Ella White and Eliza Dowling; and his great grandchildren, Mercedes, Divina, Skyler Ceballos and Ella Heady.
