She was predeceased by: her father Robert Mitchell; her husband Larry Broadhead; and her parents-in-law, Hilliard and Martha Broadhead. She is survived by: her mother Grace Mitchell; and her daughters, Lindsay Morris, Lauren Thomas and Leigh Rose. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren.

Flowers can be sent to Bumpers Funeral Home in Butler, Alabama or in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to missions through her church, New Life Assembly of God in Lakeland, Florida, in her honor.
