She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Ray and Delia Ray (Bryant); her husband Mitchell Webb; and her siblings, James Ray, Carl Ray, Raymond Ray, Frank Ray and Lorine Taylor (Ray).
She is survived by: her children, Don Webb (Linda), Carol Scott (Tom), Steve Webb (Joette) and Greg Webb (Bonita). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and step grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gentry-Morrison Funeral Homes - Southside Chapel (1727 Bartow Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
