He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Blalock; his parents, J. D. Blalock and Linnie Blalock; his brother Bill Blalock; and his son-in-law David Curtis.
He is survived by: his children, Jil Curtis-Bevis (Robert) and Paul Blalock (Randy); his grandchildren, Grayson Curtis, Parker Blalock, Ellie Blalock and Rylan Bevis; and his caregivers, Holly, Marissa and Silvanna.
