She was predeceased by: her siblings, Freda Mills, Cathy Ballinger, Darlene Hunter and Louis Ballinger. She is survived by: her husband Earl "Cliff" C. West; her children, Jonathan Cagle, Michelle Cagle, Toni West and Reda; and her grandchildren, Noah, Ellie, Kennedy, Genesis, Alenya and Alenza.
