It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Kelter (Lakeland, Florida), born in Ottumwa, Iowa, who passed away on October 7, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Kelter. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Wultzen Kelter of Lakeland, FL; his brother Jim Kelter (Linda) of Omaha, NE; his children, Dana Bainbridge of California, Cheri Payne (Frank) of Iowa, Lori Head (Dave) of Kansas City, MO and William John Bainbridge of New York; and his stepchildren, Michael Douglas of Lakeland, FL, Mark Douglas (Leslie) of Florida, Josh Turner of Lakeland, FL, Justin Turner (Ashlee) of Altamonte Springs, FL, Joe Turner (Christina) of Orlando, FL, Katie Turner (Johnny) of Lakeland, FL and Karlie Davis (Chris) of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
