He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Oxford and James Oxford; his wife Essie Oxford; his son Randall Oxford; his brothers, Earl Oxford and Russ Oxford; and his sister-in-law Betty Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Oxford, Katie Williamson and Debbie Fincher; and his sister Jayne Sarkany. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lakeland Funeral Home (2125 Bartow Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
