With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Parker of Lakeland, Florida, born in Brownsville, Texas, who passed away on August 23, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Parker and Joan Verret; his wife Dorothy Parker; his daughter Kimberley Cosner (Jason); his siblings, Debra Porter, Mark Parker (Jeanna) and Cheryl Graffam (Ben); and his grandchildren, Maze and Lucian.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children in Tampa.
