He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcom Scott and Jessie Scott; and his daughter Cheryl Linton. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughter Tracy Grisham (Brian); his stepson John Collins IV; his grandchildren, Kristen, Haley Grisham, Timothy Linton Jr., Tyler Linton, John Collins V and Colton Van Hill-Collins; and his great grandchildren, Krystal and Ophelia Grisham.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home (3350 Mall Hill Dr, Lakeland, FL 33810).
