As we bid Richard farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Richard is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sara Zarse and Delford Sr. Zarse; his children, Rhea Clouse (Brad), Michael Zarse and Johnathon Zarse (Rachel); and his siblings, Karen Simmons (Roger), Delford "Bud" Zarse Jr., Rose Gaglio (Tom) and Sherrie Anderson. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
