“I was shocked and saddened to hear about Dr. Bell's death. I was a long time patient of his and we established a special rapport almost from the moment we met. I used to tease him about overcharging me to pay for his fishing trips to the Keys.. In fact, he gave me a lot of financial breaks when I needed work done and he was excellent at what he did.
