He is survived by: his wife Joan Hazaga; his sisters, Norma "Mimi" Gromek and Katherine Wingertzahn; and his children, Denise Hazaga (Lisa Vandermark), Judith Mathews (Alan), Diane Jackson (Cody) and Robert Hazaga. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
