He was predeceased by: his son Charles Kelly Pratt; his grandson Luke Robert Pratt; and his brother Jimmie Pratt. He is survived by: his son Herbert (Nina Pratt); his wife Beatrice of Lakeland; his sons, Jeffrey E. Pratt of Corpus Christi, TX and Robert Pratt (Irene) of Spring, TX; his grandchildren, James Kelly Pratt, Sarah Rhine (Brett) and Anna Rose Pratt; and his great grandchildren, Maddison Pratt, Samuel Pratt and Nehemiah Pratt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and family.
