He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mercer and Hazel Ann Peace (Bosserman). He is survived by: his wife Loretta Peace; his children, Summer Peace, Lamay Rodriquez, James Scott Peace, Oscar and Ferman Rodriquez; and his siblings, Jimmy Peace and Denise Tool. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
