He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Jane Eichholtz. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Teague (Jennifer), Ronnie Eichholtz (Tina) and Bobby Eichholtz (Candy); and his grandchildren, Brittany, Makailey, Brooklyn, Dalton, Dylan (Bailie), Hannah, Ashton and Lexi. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in memory of Ronald and Elizabeth to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization they were both passionate about.
