He was predeceased by: his parents, Freda McKnight Stephens and Basil Riggleman; and his sister Donna Riggleman Manning. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Evelyn Jeans Riggleman of Lakeland, FL; his daughter Rhonda Jean Riggleman (Mark Sartoris) of Lakeland, FL; and his grandchildren, Katlyn Alexandra Sartoris (Sheldon Jacobson) of Leesburg, FL and Ronald James Sartoris (Kimberly) of Soldatna. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews and many grand- and great-grand nieces and nephews.
