She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. and Mary F. Hurley; and her brother William J. Hurley, III. She is survived by: her husband Charles D. Stephens of Lakeland; her brother Robert Hurley (Barbara) of Wellsville, NY; her daughters, Sharon Warren of Lakeland and Susan Rachwal (Wayne Levin) of Lakeland; her stepson Charles Stephens of Lakeland; and her grandchildren, Jason Duncan (Amanda) of Lakeland, Raymond Miller, III (Crystal) of Bartow, FL, Jessica DuBose, Jennie DuBose and FLand Jimmy Warren of Tampa, FL. She is also survived by seven great-grand children; several nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
