She was predeceased by: her husband Roy L. Sullivan; her son David John Busbee; and her parents, David Hathaway and Esther Hathaway. She is survived by: her daughter Windi Flynn; her stepsons, Roy "Butch" Sullivan, Jr. and John "Johnny" Lewis Sullivan; her daughter-in-law Sandra Fay Busbee (Comeaux); and her cousin Ann Crockett. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
