He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Hendrick. He is survived by: his father Gary Hendrick; his wife Shelby; his children, Benjamin "Ben" and Catherine "Cate"; his brother Seth; his sister-in-law Courtney Hendrick; and his nephews, Merik and Stellan. He is also survived by extended family and many, many friends.
