He is survived by: his children, Michelle Kump of Spokane, Malissa Blough of Seffner, Andrew Blough of Spokane and Amber Greenwood (Rick) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; his siblings, Deb Gutmann of Fort Wayne, Indiana., David Blough (Inga) of Fort Wayne, Indiana. and Robert Blough (Lori) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Kodie Blough, Sarina Kump, Stephanie Kump, Gabe Scott, Zayden Stotlar and Blake Poff; and his great grandchild Grayson.
