He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Bouwkamp and Phyllis Bouwkamp; and his brother James Bouwkamp. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Jason Bouwkamp and Lindsay Aldous; his grandsons, Owen, Liam, Ronin and Milo; and his sister Carol Monger.
