He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wagner and Gladys Wagner (Riley); and his former wife Joan Wagner (Wilm). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Wagner; his children, Paul Wagner and Jenny Somers (Wagner); his sister Marlene Wendt (Wagner); and his stepchildren, Peggy Wilm, Mary Ann Bogenberger (Wilm), Mike Wilm, Linda Michels (Gruenewald), Randy Gruenewald and Gary Gruenewald. He is also survived by many grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your local food pantry, which Tom felt strongly about.
