He was predeceased by: his father Bearnard Simmons; and his son Steven Simmons. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Provenzano (Mark) of Lakeland; his brothers, James Simmons (Dawreen) of Lakeland and Terry Simmons (Jennifer) of Alabama; his mother Linda Simmons; and his grandson Aidan.
