He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Butters and Lois Butters; his wife Linda Lee; and his sister Suzann Wade. He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Butters (Michelle), Terry Butters and Denise Sweet (Daniel); and his nieces and nephews, Brian, Kathy, Joves, Daniel, Adam, Christopher, Deanna and Megan.
