He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Nelson Linam and Walter Linam; his brother Todger; and his former wife Carol. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his pet Goose; his sisters, Sarah and Martha; his daughters, Pamela and Carolyn; and his grandson Cameron.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Moffitt Cancer Center in his memory.
