He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ronald Harkins Sr. and Shirley Cooper Harkins; and his brother Robert Ronald Harkins, Jr. (Todd). He is survived by: his nephew Zachary Tuner (Emma); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jackson, Barrett and Madison; his stepsons, Dylan Quigley (Isabelle Cerami) and Dalton Quigley (Laurissa); and his pet Helen. He is also survived by many extended family members, including cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Todd's name to Nate's Honor Animal Rescue Center, 4951 Lorraine Road, Bradenton, FL 34211.
