He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bailey (Connell); his sons, Timothy Smith (Vicki) of Sacramento, CA, Thomas Smith of St. Petersburg, FL and David Bailey (Jamie) of Lamont, FL.; and his siblings, William A. Bailey Jr. (Dora) of Lamont, FL and Martha Bell Bailey of Lamont, FL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
